1. Workshop Access

Your registration includes access to the live Authority Engine Workshop™ on the date specified at the time of purchase.

If included in your purchase, you may also receive access to:

workshop recordings

downloadable materials

templates, prompts, or bonus resources

Access is granted to one individual only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

2. No Guarantees of Specific Results

We provide strategies, frameworks, and implementation guidance designed to help you create an Authority Video and related marketing assets.

However, we do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or marketing results.

Your success depends on many factors including your effort, implementation, market, and follow-through.

3. Action-Taker Guarantee / Refund Policy

We stand behind this workshop and want you to feel confident in your investment.

If you:

attend the workshop live,

actively participate, and

complete the exercises as instructed,

…and you are not satisfied with the value provided, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of the workshop ending.

Refund requests submitted after 24 hours will not be honored.

No refunds will be granted for no-shows or failure to participate.

…are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright laws.

You may use these materials for your own business use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share these materials without written permission.

5. Recording & Use of Likeness

The live workshop may be recorded for replay, training, or promotional purposes.

By attending, you consent to being recorded if you choose to participate via video, audio, or chat.

We may use excerpts of workshop recordings, testimonials, or comments for marketing purposes.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to the workshop and associated materials.

7. Technology Disclaimer

You are responsible for having the necessary technology and internet access to participate.

We are not responsible for technical issues on your end, including internet outages, device failures, or software incompatibility.

If technical issues occur on our end, we will make reasonable efforts to provide access to a replay or rescheduled session.

8. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

This includes harassment, hate speech, spam, or any conduct that negatively impacts the experience of other attendees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the workshop.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is the refund policy outlined above.
